The functions, duties and powers of the general meeting shall be as follows: (a) To examine and endorse annual accounts of the association or society. (b) To elect the board of directors and the accounts committee and make decision on removing any director or dissolving the board. (c) To discuss the reports of the board of directors and the accounts committee and give necessary directives. (d) To make decision on amendment to the Bye-law. (e) To make decision on the division of the association or society or on its unification with another association or society or on its liquidation.
